Andrew Remo, often referred to as Andy, was the head of Herschel's most prolific crime syndicate and the father of Arthur Remo, who was abducted by the Office of Naval Intelligence and replaced with an identical flash clone. The clone never convinced Remo and began to search for the truth about the matter; his position as a crime lord allowed him to extort the local police force and city administration into providing all school records, police reports of missing children, and death certificates from that era.[2] Remo later met Staffan Sentzke, another parent like himself who felt his child's abduction was a government conspiracy.
