General Hogan is a high ranking UNSC Marine Corps officer.
Biography
In March of 2558, he served on the UNSC Security Council committee along with Admiral Serin Osman, Admiral Terrence Hood, General Strauss, and General Dellert. They evaluated Captain Thomas Lasky's handling of the Second Battle of Requiem.[1]
