General Dellert was a high ranking UNSC Air Force officer. In March of 2558, he served on the UNSC Security Council committee along with Admiral Serin Osman, Admiral Terrence Hood, General Strauss, and General Hogan. They evaluated Captain Thomas Lasky's handling of the Second Battle of Requiem.[1]
