7 Charlie 40 was the call sign of a UNSC Army trooper from 7 Charlie who fought on Reach during the fall of the planet in August 2552. During the Siege of New Alexandria, the trooper's unit was engaged on top of the Mainz Träger Headquarters building; however, SPARTAN-B312 was able to assist him and his unit.[1]
