The RCS-class armored cruiser[1] is a capital warship classification within the Covenant Navy.
Background
RCS cruisers are some of the larger classifications of cruisers in the Covenant Navy. Their predominant role revolves around planetary patrol and occupation.
Operational History
Several of these cruisers was seen with Jul 'Mdama's fleet occupying Requiem in 2558. One was destroyed when the UNSC Infinity emerged from slipspace and rammed it. Another one was seen fleeing Requiem after 'Mdama set the planet on a collision course with the sun.
