Vladimir Scruggs was a SPARTAN-IV supersoldier.

Biography

During a training exercise Scruggs was knocked out by a Marine. After Spartan Sarah Palmer completed the objective, Jun-A266 berated them for nearly losing to the Marines. Scruggs complained that if he had Spartan armor he could take on twice as many. While Spartan Joel Thomas agreed with him, Musa said they would get the armor when they deserved to wear it.[1]

Equipment

Scruggs wore the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Soldier variant of the MJOLNIR GEN2 armor.[2]
