Template:Character Infobox Dyer was a human first-year officer cadet of the United Nations Space Command in 2526.[1] She attended Corbulo Academy of Military Science during the Human-Covenant War.
She was present in the mess hall when a fight broke out between Thomas Lasky and Walter Vickers. She joined the crowd observing the fight.
