When viewing the banner, I'm getting the "If you see this message, it is likely that your javascript is disabled or you need to clear your cache." message for both my work computer (yes I be on Halopedia @ work) & home computer. Now I can't mess with my work comp, but how do I fix this problem on my home comp? I've seen this banner work before when Spartacus had it up on his wiki page but now all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore.
