By the time the Prophet of Truth was killed (Truth's death signified the end of the war), the only survivors of the battle of Installation 04 who were still alive were Sergeant Johnson, the Master Chief, Cortana, Thel 'Vadamee, and 343 Guilty Spark. It's possible that Private Dubbo and Seargant Stacker also survived.
