::Possible, but still unlikely. The Big Bang resulted in the appearance of matter in the universe, not just a reboot for life in a world that was basically the same. For example, if the Halos had the poser to completely destroy our planet, causing it to be out of necessity recreated, it would have destroyed all the Forerunner's structures, and the planets they were built on.
