| I disagree. The notion that the SoS and the UNSC were jointly controlling it and watching for the Flood still seems like it could have been a mistake where installation 05 was meant instead. Also, there is not note about how it is curious that Lasky didn't bring 07 up in Halo 4 when he mentioned Halo rings under UNSC control, such as 05 and 03.
