So the IsoDidact (or Bornstellar, I think) was twelve years old when he activated the Halo rings? If that's true, then in terms of age, he would be considered an infant in comparison with the older Forerunners. Don't know if the Ur-Didact's brevet mutation also affected Bornstellar's age though.
