:Sounds like a problem with Xbox Live. I'd go browse around Xbox.com's [http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/browse?xr=shellnav support section] and look to see if this is some sort of an error. On the other hand, you may have accidentally disabled email in your account settings. I'd check your account settings as well.--{{User:Spartacus/Sig}} 00:15, 6 December 2012 (EST)

::I was talking about through Halopedia. I was sent a message and never got a email about it, the same with a friend request. I checked my preferences just now and everything is checked out, nor I didn't modify any of those settings later (aside from modifying my custom settings [books, games]).
