UNSC Tripping Light was a frigate in service with the UNSC Navy.
During the Human-Covenant War in 2547, Tripping Light took damage in battle, and was dry-docked for repairs. The vessel's Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine was slated for final spin-down, removal and disposal at 16:15 on September 4, 2547. However, Dr. Catherine Halsey had chosen the Slipspace drive for her private, unsanctioned experiment, and used it in an attempt at building an abstract fractal within Slipspace for housing AI.[1]
Trivia[edit]
