| The Covenant army play a pivotal role in Covenant campaigns against humans and consist mostly of Unggoy and Kig-Yar as the main bulk of the military and whilst those races are considerably weaker than the humans, the other species such as the Jiralhane, Sangheili and Mgalekgolo though less in number, fare ''much'' better than the UNSC in combat situations. However, any special tactical manouver on the UNSC's part or the presence of a Spartan would drastically improve the odds for the UNSC.
