Hi, i was originally the person who put it up in the Installation 04 (II) article, yes, but if someone has been taking it down and then putting it back up or making an entirely new article, i can assure you it was not me. I only put it up once as i thought it would be an interesting fact (The reason i though it was March 2553 was that i was taking into account the ending of halo 3 and the date was given there). If it was an assumption that is not allowed and if there is a problem with it, please remove it--Megidra 16:27, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

The only problem is, if Bungie says that Chicken Soup is the same as a Chicken Burger, then it IS the same. Remember, for dedicated fans of fictional universes, canon > realism. Don't like it? In a perfect world, you would be right. However, even admins make mistakes, and I feel that they have overlooked canon in this case in favor of realism. Coming from a wiki (wiki.urbandead.com) filled with drama and admin corruption, I am less inclined to trust their judgment and feel that a mistake has been made in this case. --TerminalFailure 02:53, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

Please stop changing the FRG/FRC pages please unless you can back your POV up with official sources.

The Fuel Rod Gun is an infantry weapon used throughout the Halo series. This has been confirmed by gameplay prompts, official material, and even by the Marine quotes describing the supposed Halo 3 "Fuel Rod Cannon".

The Fuel Rod Cannon is an entirely different weapon, described only in the books. The only times this weapon has been mentioned is in Halo:the Flood where a Banshee used it as a heavy weapon to destroy a trailer of ammunition and in First Strike where a pair of Hunters used them. This indicates that the Halo 2-3 era version of the Hunter's weapon and the Fuel Rod Cannon seen throughout the series are the only weapons that can be called "Fuel Rod Cannons" if Halopedia is to retain its claim of following canon. Bungie made a mistake? Fuel Rod Gun is a misnomer? Sure. The thing is, this wiki follows what canon is, not what it should be. Canon > realism--TerminalFailure 05:07, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

A proposition

Hey Neptune,

Of late I have noticed you to be one of the most active users on Halopedia, and I wanted to ask a question: What is your native language? The reason I ask is that our Project Userbox is extraordinarily lacking in the Babel catagory. I propose that, together, we go to the admins and propose that your native language be added to the list. If we get their blessing, we could then work on adding all six userboxes needed. So I must ask: Are you game?
