It kinda seems like a Brute Shot exept only blueir, if that word fits, which im pretty sure it does. Yeah, anyway, I think in shape it resembles the Fuel Rod Cannon from Halo 3 and to some extent to Plasma Repeater and Plasma Rifle. Heftypredator X 01:29, June 19, 2010 (UTC)

Actually, the design of the grip, the overall shape, and the way it's held is more similar to the Plasma Repeater than the Fuel Rod Gun. It seems that most of these new Covenant weapons in Reach share these qualities.--FluffyEmoPenguin 20:25, June 26, 2010 (UTC)

Looking at this screenshot, it seems that the Concussion Rifle has 7 shots in the magazine and not 6: if you look carefully you'll see that one has already been fired http://halopedian.com/File:Halo_Reach_Concussion_Rifle_Screen.png -Puni885

Do we know what the damage of the weapon is to a Spartan, is the damage similar to a Fuelrod gun or weaker like a Brute Shot? Galinkin 00:32, August 1, 2010 (UTC)

Bungie has yet to detail the Conc in Reach's development page and we haven't seen it in action enough to determine its damage. However, since it seems to be style-neutral replacement (can't have Elites wielding Brute Shots) for the Brute Shot, it is likely the damage is close to its, 3 hit kill (and slight splash) is my guess. Sighting in Once More Unto the Breach[edit]

The part in the ViDoc that shows where the player sticks an Elite with a Plasma Grenade, it is holding a two-handed weapon, it can't be the Plasma Repeater, because that's abit larger. ATP2555 II 16:41, August 21, 2010 (UTC)

New Information on Waypoint[edit]

There is some new information about this weapon on Waypoint. I would have put them in this article...but I don't know jacksquat about how these sites work. Missing Mandible 11:47, 10 April 2011 (EDT)
