I have two questions at the moment.

First, you list Polaski as a "Petty Warrant Officer" on page 49. Did you mean Warrant Officer? Because I know you base your writings upon the American system and Petty Warrant Officer isn't a rank as far as I can recall.

Second, on the same page, you list Haverson as a First Lieutenant, but give him the insignia of a Navy Lieutenant. He is in ONI, which suggests Navy, but he may well be Marine Corps. Thus, I want to clarify if he is Navy or Corps.

I've already learned HTML, which is why I understand the font and sup tags and all that, and I understand how intra-wiki links work, so I simply combined the two, along with INSPIRATION from your work. I was thinking that mostly just the ONI ships would be affected, I hadn't really thought it through all the way, however, I had decided that 49 Proximal Secant had been responsible, perhaps he had considered the possibility of stealth ships a hazard to the ring? I totally agree with your decision to remove Petty from the Warrant Officer rank, and I too believe the US system is the basis for the UNSC ranks. Covenant Ship Canon Debate

The instances where RR and I disagree are few and far between. However, they do occur. One such example is the disagreement concerning CAR-class ships. Comma in LTJG

Hey Rot. Just a courtesy message to let you know I've redirected Lieutenant Junior Grade (without comma) to Lieutenant, Junior Grade. There is a reference on this page from GoO, plus as I stated earlier the rank namings have followed US style to the letter. I will also include the comma in any pages I can find with it missing. I agree with your initial assessment that Nylund didn't include the comma in FoR & FS, but as you can see from the tone of the reference (a promotion) the comma implies formality that was previously not present. Also Nylund might have ommitted the comma accidentally. Who knows? But I think that with that one reference plus the US argument, the comma should stay. I am debating whether or not to:

• Have Collins think Marcus has gone rogue ( So he will continue attacking Covenant ships and then get vaporized )
• In the final battle have Marcus activate the NOVA and kill all the flood at Installation 03 (along with himself)
• Having Marcus fight the Juggernaut (preferably not having Marcus die but maybe being seriously wounded after) and then having him activate A. a couple nukes or B. the NOVA

This be the Donut. I hereby write this essay in the name of RR's superior coolness. *rolls eyes* Anyways, it has come to my attention, or at least RR brought it to my attention, that i have to write an essay about how great he is. So... here it is.

RR is an all around amazing video game player, he completely pwns everyone & everything at Halo 2, including GPT, GPT then bows before RR and kisses RR's feet. (sry GPT) RR likes to pwn peoples with the energy sword and the shoty, tearing through everything in his, or even my, path. (kill stealing, even if RR did get there first, he still stole my kill) RR totally and completely destroys me on several maps, cause he's just that good. RR is also amazing on other games, such as GOW. Even the first time playing he managed to kill me several times, a very difficult task to perform. Now only days later, RR is once again killing everything in every one's path(s). He pwns GPT in the face with the chainsaw, just because he can. Thirdly, RR is an excellent programmer of Halopedia, loved and even feared by many. They see him as the Arbiter, and I'm just the lucky-@ss Councilor that avoided getting killed by the Brutes. So in many ways RR is better than me. And they all lived happily ever after, End.

So, there it is RR. Happy? An essay explaining all the ways you're so cool. Now, can you tell me how to code those images?

You've creating a slight problem on the Halo Fanon website. When you migrated all of those fanon articles (I'm assuming that you didn't write them), you didn't note who they belonged to. Normally, the top of the article has Property|insertauthorhere}}. If you have already deleted all of the pages you migrated, then could you at least look into the logs or something and tell me who each of the migrated articles belongs to?

You see, my problem had little to do with people going over other's head.s I thad to do with your double standard, which lead me to believe you had a personal bias in the matter. When RR went to the Wiki Admins about you, you said it "You going to Wikia admins before even talking about it is ... well frankly its like running off to your Mommy", but then when people go over RR's head to you, suddenly you are "forced to act", as you put it in the CoH Elections thread in the forums. That is a double standard. And if you'll note my edits to RR's take on things, they clearly express my thoughts. "Rotaretilbo dislikes double standards, and when one person is told that running to the admin without discussing the problem with others is like running to your mommy, then others should be told similarly. He is also suspicious of the fact that this forum existed prior to the change in the group policies that required elections. He is perfectly fine with elections, but only if the proper proceedures are followed in order to file a complaint about the leadership rather than having an admin strongarm the group with new rules." I could care less about the elections. My anger was derived from a double standard and the fact that the rule had been created for (read after) the occasion (which I see as strongarming). Had the rule been there, or you turned the complainers away and they gone out and voiced their problems, I would have had no problems with an election. None. Before you go calling people hypocrits, do your homework, and perhaps take a glance in a mirror.

You explained many times? I only remember you avoiding my questions about a double standard and saying that it had to be "legitimate" and that you were "forced to take action" because of some emails you got from people. You have yet to explain to me your double standard. You just avoid the sections where I ask or try and turn me into some sort of bad guy and then stop posting under those headers and move to the next one. So perhaps you could clear this all up by explaining to me why RR is "crying to his Mommy" for skipping over people but other people have Halopedia policy changed just for them.

I've explained over and over, I had no problem with Donut's little Theocracy as long as there was an independent UoH. I was willing to let the emails slide but after the UoH surrendered I was forced to take action. It wasn't out of the blue I discussed it with admins before the UoH takeover was announced and as again as I've explained over and over I didn't update the rules until the surrender was announced. If the UoH stayed independent I wasn't going to change the rules, I was going to allow Donut to have his Theocracy. This has nothing to do with screwing over or "strong-arming" Rot and RR. I would have done the same to anyone. It's not like I'm asking him to do something I haven't done before. I made the UoH, I made the FanArt Committee, as well as countless other articles and projects, do I have any kind of permanent rule? No. As for the email complaints I feel the same about RR crying to his mommy as these little whinny kids emailing me about their problems. But as an admin I have a responsibility to do something just like the Global Wikia admins have a responsibility to listen to RR when he goes above Halopedia Admin's heads. -- Esemono 08:28, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

Don't know if you remember me but during the Halo Wars RPG you helped me oput quite a lot. I just wanted to give you this. Omrifere Friend Userbox}} I also want to thank you again, I would've been lost if nopt for you. If you're interested I made my RP (nothing to do with halo wars) at http://www.omriferefanfic.piczo.com/ I put it there because I don't know much about the rules or anything on the halo fanon site and its easier for my friends. hmm... after the Halo Wars project I am a little reluctant to join another RP on the halopedia site. It is not that I don't enjoy it but the layout is confusing and last time there were times that I was away from the computor long enough so that when I came back I was completely lost. If I had more visitors to my piczo site I would host my own RP there but I don't get any comments from anyone I don't know. It is not very well advertised. Anyway, maybe someday I'll try another crack at the RPing on halopedia or halo fanon but not today. --Captain Jacob Rathens 03:31, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Well I understand piczo more than halopedia. I don't know how to make a custom sig or anything but on piczo I know alot about it. I just wish I could transfer the template to it. I just added a bit of info to my userpage about my fanfic that can't be found on piczo. Anyway, if you have ideas I'm a little starved for them right now. From what I know, it is either the pelicans mentioned is not in it's full form(like master chief and master chief petty offical), or its upgraded. I'm confused... I'm not mad, don't get me wrong. I was on the poll for the deletion of the SoH, and then you said something about posting something on my user namespace about the SoH.
