| An unnamed Fleet under command of [[Fleet Admiral]] [[Harper]]. During the [[First Battle of Earth]] on [[2552#October 20th, 2552|October 20th, 2552]], Harper commanded his fleet directly into the Covenant foced, whilst the [[UNSC Home Fleet]] policed the skies<ref>[[Cairo Station (level)|Cairo Station]], [[Halo 2]], beginning cutscene</ref>.

| Two [[Marathon-class Cruiser]]s and six [[UNSC Frigate|Frigate]]s were in Harpers group. They appeared briefly in the opening cutscene to "[[Cario Station (Level)|Cairo Station]]," where eight seperate FoF tags are shown on the Cairos computer (scene pictured).
