The Multi Kill medal is awarded for scoring three or more kills within 1.5 seconds. It is only available in Halo 3 campaign. It is represented by a gold medal with a blue star that has another gold star in it. Methods for this include using explosives, headshots, or other heavy weaponry. This medal was not included in games released after Halo 3 which instead use the same multikill medals found in multiplayer.
