| The most prominent [[Prophets]] are, of course, the [[Hierarchs]]. However, '''Prophet Councilors''', also known as "Lesser Prophets" and "Minor Prophets", are extremely important in the [[Covenant]] society. They share power with the [[Sangheili]] on the [[High Council]] and wear [[Antigrav Belt]]s instead of using [[Gravity Thrones]] for fast travel<ref>[[Halo: Contact Harvest]], p. 144</ref>. When not in the presence of the Hierarchs they appear to wear amber crowns set with gem stones.{{verify source}} They appear to be slightly higher than [[Elite]] [[Councilor]]s at least in military proceedings as the unnamed [[Truth and Reconciliation's Prophet|Prophet]] in ''[[Halo: The Flood]]'' ordered the execution by decapitation of the [[Councilor]] [[Soha 'Rolamee]] for failure to contain the [[Flood]]. Being that [[Hod Rumnt]] was once a Councilor before becoming a [[Hierarch]]. They appear to be above [[Legate]]s but below [[Hierarchs]].
