On page 114 of The Fall of Reach Dr. Halsey says "... Against the skin of the operator, there is a moisture-absorbing cloth suit...", so the hydrostatic gel layer is somewhere inside the armor, but it's not the innermost layer. | |||
Thats true,but then that conflicts with the page. revise it. |
