Often, i look at a user's history to decide if i should promote them, if i find the user improved many articles (and not just his namespace, like so many wanting pormotes have done). Go to the lefthandside of your screen, below the search box, where there is TOOLBOX. Below TOOLBOX is WIKIA. Go to LIVE WIKI HELP and select a channel...just send me a message to go on at some time onto IRC...that's WAAAAAAAAY more convenient for me rather then IMing. =D
