| ::No, but RR uses the latter like a template(which he puts on the individual rank pages). He does that by putting <nowiki><noinclude></noinclude></nowiki> on the other parts other than the list. | ok here's what happens everytime i try to log on to any IRC chatroom it will half the page then stop for 5 min. then it will load 5 min. of chat as though i was on you know every one says high and stuff but at the end of all this chat it says i've been disconnected and i've tried reconnecting but it just dose the same thing you think it might be because i have dial-up
