| Gravemind is found on the [[Delta Halo]] (the one in [[Halo 2]]) and is apparentley the leader of the [[Flood]]. 'He' has the appearance of a giant venus fly trap and usually talkes in rhyme. First appearing in the interrogation of the [[Master Chief]] and the [[Arbiter]], where the fallen elite commander finds out the [[Great Journey|truth of the Halo network]]. Gravemind then sends both the [[Master Chief]] and the [[Arbiter]] to stop the [[Halo]], as he invades [[High Charity]].

| Many believe that Gravemind is also the original flood and altough he is sentient he is extremely hostile and manipulative in his actions.
