Technically, you can find floating weapons, objects, and ammunition in general all over the place in halo. Its not specific as to level. I've seen floating weapons on every level, and I've only seen them recreatable on a few. I'm not going to see if the method this person spoke of works, but I would suggest revamping this article to be correct. Also, we could use some screenshots/video clips. No. They're completely different things. This one is talking about glitches in 343 Guilty Spark, Hitching a ride is talking about STAYING IN THE PELICAN.
