Biography[edit]

Battle of Installation 04[edit]

Main article: Battle of Installation 04

Parker was among the many personnel aboard the Pillar of Autumn when the ship made landfall on Installation 04 in September 2552. He, along with the rest of the ship's ODST complement, conducted a landing via drop pod in the opening hours of the conflict, and was able to survive the drop. After rallying with the rest of the battalion, Parker was tasked with leading a force of Marine personnel and Spartan John-117 in a mission to rescue the Autumn's Captain Jacob Keyes.[1]

During the raid, Parker was injured during a close encounter with a Hunter, though was able to dispatch the creature with his M6D magnum. He continued to lead his team alongside the Master Chief to the ship's bridge, where he was ordered to stay put and wait for the Master Chief to retrieve the Captain from the brig.[1] Whether Parker survived the ensuing fighting back to the ship's shuttle bay is unknown - though he was almost certainly killed by the time of the destruction of Installation 04 on September 22, alongside the rest of the UNSC contingent on the ring.

Personality and traits[edit]

During the raid on Truth and Reconciliation, Parker proved himself an efficient, personable leader. He was also very duty-minded, as he continued to fight even after sustaining a serious wound. He displayed a friendly inter-service rivalry with Master Chief, jokingly referring to him as a "swabbie" on multiple occasions.

Production note[edit]

Sergeant Parker acts as a canon replacement for the Sergeant Johnson NPC on the Halo: Combat Evolved level The Truth and Reconciliation.
