Could it be possible that the title of Screecleaver is used for the commanding officer of a Banished salvage or construction operation? We see that Jato ‘Ratum and Vimo ‘Arach share the title, with Vimo being in charge of Ransom Keep, and Jato seen conducting salvage operations on the Ark. Now we know that Bannix, commander of the Armory of Reckoning, also shares this title.
