This article is about the Venezian mercenary super soldiers. For the character, see Janissary James.

A Janissary (plural "Janissaries")[1] is a Venezian mercenary super-soldier.[2]

History[edit]

Creation[edit]

Venezia uses home-grown mercenaries as candidates for their super-soldier program.[2]

Equipment[edit]

Janissaries are known to use the BOGGART-class armor,[3] CONQUEROR-class helmet with the Banished Red Cornet Command Network Module,[1] and TASKMASTER-class armor.[4]

Roles[edit]

While Janissaries allied with the Banished are rarely given with front-line roles, some of them take those roles as the quickest way to gain access to even more augmentation procedures.[5]
