New Caracas was colonized in 2453.[1]
Postwar[edit]
In 2555, the planet was attacked.[1] Sometime prior to Operation: COALPEPPER in August 2555, Alpha-Nine was deployed to the planet. During their operation, Spartans Edward Buck, Kojo Agu, and Michael Crespo arduously sledded across New Caracas' burning sands.[2]
