Shelley Calene-Black is an American voice actress, best known for her English voice-over dub work in a wide variety of anime series, and currently working with ADV Films and Seraphim Digital Studios. Originally a stage actress, she was convinced by friends and fellow actors to take up voice acting. She starred in several minor roles before landing a major role in Sin: The Movie, and later the lead role in the live-action film Esther's Diary.

Black was the voice of Catherine Halsey in Halo Legends short films Homecoming and The Package, also voicing Cortana in episodes Origins and Odd One Out.[1]
