Moram, officially the State of Moram, is a city-state located in the craggy atolls of Malurok,[1] a Sangheili base world.[2]
History[edit]
The State of Moram was the home state of Ripa 'Moramee.[1] Prior to his appointment as Arbiter, 'Moramee attempted to usurp his own kaidon, leading loyal forces in an attempt to assassinate the clan's leadership. The warlord's coup failed, and he was tried and imprisoned for his crimes.[2]
