Kay was a doctor and the superior of Lulu Hershey, who would later become a nurse on the UNSC Spirit of Fire.[1] Hershey described him as cruel and vindictive, liking to make her life a living hell. His professional record is strongly suspect, as he had sexual relations with two of his employees, Brooke and Vasquez.[2]
