Mindoro is the capital city of the colony world Cascade, located in Lhopat.
History[edit]
Space Tether[edit]
Following the Human-Covenant War several corporations based out of Mindoro began construction of the Nova Austin space elevator.[1]
GEN2 Mjolnir[edit]
Several MJOLNIR (GEN2) armor was tested and used here. Cascade Stronghold Technologies ported the ODST armor to the (GEN2) armor here,[2] Naphtali Contractor Corporation tested the AIR ASSAULT-class Mjolnir here,[3] and the PROTECTOR-class Mjolnir variant was used in raids on Mindoro and Volamon.[4]

The city was named after the seventh-largest island of the Philippines.
