Colonial Administration Authority Detention Center 3063-OM-Y was a prison operated by the Colonial Administration Authority during the early years of the Insurrection.[1]
History[edit]
In 2495, the insurrectionist philosopher, Yera Sabinus, was incarcerated at CAA Detention Center 3063-OM-Y. She died during a cellblock riot and a journal of hers that she had been writing in her own blood on toilet paper was discovered soon afterward in a facility-wide shakedown. Her words were scanned into the inmate record at the prison and became immortalized. Her journal held no indication that she had anything to do with starting the riot and over sixty years later, the Forerunner archeon-class ancilla, Intrepid Eye, suspected that an enterprising guard had taken advantage of the chaos to silence an unruly prisoner.[1]
