Colonial Administration Authority Detention Center 3063-OM-Y was a prison operated by the Colonial Administration Authority during the early years of the Insurrection.[1]

In 2495, the insurrectionist philosopher, Yera Sabinus, was incarcerated at CAA Detention Center 3063-OM-Y. She died during a cellblock riot and a journal of hers that she had been writing in her own blood on toilet paper was discovered soon afterward in a facility-wide shakedown. Her words were scanned into the inmate record at the prison and became immortalized.
