ThreeA (sometimes rendered 3A) is a toy, publishing and entertainment company founded in 2008. They are notable for producing high-quality collectible figures.[1] Contrary to most other Halo figures, ThreeA's are much more expensive, usually costing around $200. They are all 1/6 scale (Height 13.5 inches/34.3cm). ThreeA first announced its line of Halo products in 2012, with a figure of Carter-A259 that was delayed for many months until its release in 2013. Many other characters have since followed.
Carter-A259[edit]
The figure of Carter-A259 includes a DMR, two frag grenades and a combat knife.[2] It can be illuminated from within and has magnetized shoulder shields and rear pouch. It was released in 2013.[3]
Spartan Mark V COMMANDO Exclusive[edit]
The figure is essentially the same as the Carter figure, but is painted as a nondescript SPARTAN-III equipped in COMMANDO armor. It is a Bambaland exclusive. It was released August 1, 2012.[4]
Emile-A239[edit]
The figure of Emile-A239 includes a shotgun and a kukri knife. The armor can be illuminated from within and various attachments can be modified, such as removing the kukri from its sheath or removing the grenade canisters; the grenade shells and shoulder shields are magnetized and there is a cloth tactical soft case with functioning clasps. The figure was released in 2014.[5][6]
Spartan Mark V EVA Exclusive[edit]
The figure is essentially the same as the Emile figure, but is painted to be that of a nondescript SPARTAN-III wearing Mk. V EVA armor. Released on August 30, 2013, it is a Bambaland exclusive.[7]
Master Chief[edit]
The figure of John-117 includes over 35 points of articulation, an LED-illuminated helmet, and magnetically attached weaponry. The weapons included are the ARC-920 railgun, MA5D assault rifle, and M11 combat knife. When bought from the Bambaland store, an exclusive Z-250 lightrifle is included. It was released on November 20, 2014.[8]
Gabriel Thorne[edit]
The figure of Gabriel Thorne includes over 35 points of articulation, an LED-illuminated helmet and combat armor, and magnetically attached weaponry. The weapons included are the M6H magnum, MA5D assault rifle, and M11 combat knife. It was released on October 20, 2014.[9]
Spartan-IV Recruit Exclusive[edit]
The figure of the Recruit Spartan-IV includes over 35 points of articulation, an LED-illuminated helmet and combat armor, and magnetically attached weaponry. The weapons included are the SRS99-S5 AM sniper rifle, M6H magnum, MA5D assault rifle, and M11 combat knife. Released on October 17, 2014, it is a Bambaland exclusive.[10]
