Chronological order[edit]
While the Overlook conversation isn't linked to any of the other ones, from the dialogue it's quite apparent that it takes place before the battle started to heat up, and thus before any of the other conversations. Also, the Glacier and Outpost conversations are clearly linked.
I do, however, agree that the ones that can't really be placed anywhere on the timeline should be listed alphabetically. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 15:50, 13 December 2010 (EST)
Pelican radio on Highlands[edit]
There's a radio supposedly inside the pelican. Anyone with the map packs are going to have to find it for us, cause I don't have the map pack.

- These page is about radio conversations in Halo: Reach, but Headlong is a Halo 2 map. What? DataDeletr 08:13, 18 March 2011 (EDT)

Canon?[edit]
"Since when do we consider multiplayer canon?" - Vegerot
Not trying to start an argument... —S331Talk • Contributions 11:14, 17 April 2011 (EDT)
- I would figure it would be canon, it's things like Blue and Red team fighting on a map that I thought fell under the multiplayer catagory, shouldn't they be just as canon as anything else that's part of a map? Like the Scarab building place that's Assembly, or that the area that we know as Avalanche on 04B, or the weather control towers on Tempest, or... the radio conversations? That's all canon, the only reason this is being brought up is because we'd never heard of human teleporters before, doesn't mean they're not. Alex T Snow 02:58, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
- Yep, the radio conversations were clearly meant to be little background snippers to the canon as opposed to mere gameplay elements with a somewhat elusive canon status (ie. teleporters). The fact UNSC teleporters haven't been mentioned or seen outside multiplayer makes their canonicity questionable, but it doesn't necessarily prove they aren't canon. --Jugus (Talk | Contribs) 03:49, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
- Exactly, you could easily argue it either way. The teleporters there for gameplay and are human because Forerunner ones wouldn't look the part, or, they really are canon, and since it's a secret Spartan training camp, they could have secret in-development teleporters, and they're just another ONI secret. I vote we put it on the page, but say something about the rocky canon status, like a compressed version of what I just said maybe. Alex T Snow 17:32, 18 April 2011 (EDT) EDIT: I just realized my first post was worded weird, but that was because I thought be were discussing this on the Highlands talk page for some reason... Bungie said it's canon. — subtank 17:42, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
- I'd like to point out that teleporter technology has been confirmed to exist in the Halo universe, and has been used by the Forerunners; Covenant and humans. While the UNSC is aware of the teleporters, we don't know the extent of which research has got in manipulating the technology (Unless you're thinking of Chiron TL-34, of course). The "UNSC teleporter" in Headlong should be considered non-canon - just imagine that the map exists in canon without the teleporters.-- Forerunner 17:49, 18 April 2011 (EDT)
Second Breakpoint conversation[edit]
Recently, Subtank called this forum thread to my attention. It allegedly features a transcript of a second radio conversation on Breakpoint. I do not have access to the Noble Map Pack and thus I cannot guarantee the transcript's legitimacy or accuracy. Could someone who has access to Breakpoint check the map and, if the conversation exists, transcribe it? Thanks. --Courage never dies. 18:01, 21 May 2011 (EDT)
- I checked it and the radios there and has this conversation on it, it should be put up.--118.93.229.15 21:53, 28 July 2011 (EDT)
- Not having access to my Xbox right now, could someone please record this into the article? :) — subtank 08:15, 17 November 2011 (EST)
Halloween and Christmas[edit]
I'd speculate that Halloween refers to OP Red Flag; sort of like playing dress up with a captured ship, the first carrier was shot down instead of captured and then a huge fleet arrived and actually canceled the plans, but what is "Christmas" a reference to? They're discussing the S3's numbers and how Ackerson "talks them up" so could it be a vague reference to the secretive prototype S4 program? S3anyBoy (talk)
Halo Reach Space Radio[edit]
Again I find another radio. But this one is weird. I mean I thought it was random chatter. Till it turned out to be so much more. And very... curious
http://www.haloarchive.com/forum/topic/3786-halo-reach-space-radio/
Pretty much to summarize. On the Mission Long Night of Solace during the first Space segment there is Radio chatter unrelating to your mission in the background.
This chatter has two Characters Alpha 20 and a new character Alpha-93, chat about taking out a target. Seems normal and wouldn't be curious till you see that the Target is "target number Kilo tango 2005".
This links the radio fragments to the Beta Red story, more specifically the Reflection one... which makes the presence of radio chatter in the mission kinda weird. Also the weird thing is then Alpha-20 had two convos about firing against that target. But that said I will leave this up to you lot to discuss.
Only other note is the fragments in the space radio are possibly not in the correct order as they were originally random, and I tried my best to put them in order. But some fragments were impossible.-CIA391 (talk) 18:53, 22 August 2016 (EDT)
