Status of the Ark 2559

I'm kind of surprised that there is - so far - no mention of the obvious Halo in the Center of the Ark in 2559, I do know it is not known WHICH Installation it is, maybe 04C or 03 (Which is more likely). What else is Ring-shaped and resides in the Center of the Ark? A giant Hula-hoop? ;D No very sure it is a Halo (Landmass can be clearly seen in the pic thats currently used in the Infobox), it can't be anything else, the only question that can't be answered by now WHICH Installation it is, but given that 03 was taken away for repairs it very much likely it is Installation 03, where else could it undergo repairs of that size? 93.197.96.253 02:12, 12 July 2016 (EDT)

Past tense verbs

Now that we know Installation 00 is fine and dandy as of the current Halo universe shouldn't all the cases of past tense verbs be changed?(had,was,resembled etc.)
