Apparently one of those RUL gameplay commentary videos was wrong and Enemy Lines and Swords of Sanghelios are two different levels after all. This video shows the beginning of Enemy Lines is nothing like the SoS gameplay video, and this community update refers to them as two different levels: "Throughout both “Enemy Lines” and “Swords of Sanghelios” there are many areas where the player can be in constant motion."
