I noticed something bizarre. It was noted earlier that H2A's version of the Colonial Cross is now red instead of the red/yellow/blue tricolor of the original Halo 2. But I was examining the cutscenes to see if Admiral Hood donned the award since he had to have earned one, and he seems to be wearing the older Halo 2 tricolor despite Johnson and Miranda both being given solid red Crosses. Inconsistency, perhaps? Should we assume Hood has the Cross and put him under recipients as well?262VigilantGuardian (talk) 20:35, 23 November 2014 (EST)

:I'm afraid you're mistaken. Hood appears to be wearing the same service ribbons he wore in the original Halo 2 except that his Meritorious Unit Commendation seems to have been replaced by a second Combat Action Ribbon. You can find the whole list of ribbons on his page here. I suggest you take another look. You can see the ribbons most clearly when the aide first whispers to Hood. --<span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:13pt;color:blue;"> Rusty</span><span style="font-size:13pt;color:red;">-</span><span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:13pt;color:blue;">112</span> <span style="color:red; font-family:Arial">Admin</span> <font color="blue">comm</font> 22:24, 23 November 2014 (EST)

In The Fall of Reach, John is said to have won every major commendation the UNSC offers as of the battle of Cote D'Azure. He then receives the Colonial Cross on October 20th of 2552. Should he be listed as having received the medal an unknown number of times? --Weeping Angel (talk) 23:07, 23 November 2014 (EST)

Master Chief[edit]

In The Fall of Reach, John is said to have won every major commendation the UNSC offers as of the battle of Cote D'Azure. He then receives the Colonial Cross on October 20th of 2552. Should he be listed as having received the medal an unknown number of times? --Weeping Angel (talk) 23:07, 23 November 2014 (EST)
