This unidentified communications duty officer is an employee of the New Mombasa Police Department. During the Battle of Mombasa, she was in in charge of communications between the UNSC Navy and Marines.

Dare ordered the officer to turn the Superintendent back on, but the officer refused after Dare threatened to fire her in the midst of a Covenant invasion. Sadie tried to trick the duty officer into reactivating Vergil; specifically, Sadie pretended that a stapler in her pocket was a firearm.
