Template:Infobox Military Unit Team Katana was a five-man SPARTAN-III fireteam competing with Team Saber and Team Gladius for top honors.[1] During the Battle of Onyx, the team was captured and placed in slipspace field pods, Forerunner equivalents to cryo-chambers.[2] As of yet, Katana has not been resuscitated, as they have been placed inside the Sharpened Shield. With the Sharpened Shield lifted out of slipspace and the UNSC occupying it, it is unknown if Team Katana has been resuscitated.
Trivia
- Like all known Teams of Gamma Company, Team Katana is named after a blade.
