He was assigned to Sergeant Lopez's squad during their investigation of the ship Mona Lisa. Unknown to Singh, however, instead of a prison riot or Covenant attack as initially suspected, but a Flood outbreak as a result of the actions of ONI Major John Smith. Although Singh was not infected like many of his comrades, he was ultimately killed by the Flood.[[[1]
