Template:Ratings Template:Character Infobox Ustaf 'Nbekee was a Sangheili soldier of the Covenant Empire that served during the Harvest Campaign in 2531.[1] He was a good friend to 'Crolunee, and told him of his marksmanship skills in the killing of a SPARTAN-II with his needler after the Human charged on five teams of Covenant infantryman.
