Background
The corporal and his unit were assigned to investigate a blackout at the Visegrad Relay in July 23, 2552. A Covenant Zealot strike team infiltrated the facility, attacking the troopers and civilians inside. The corporal was in the Relay's control room at the time and was cut off from the rest of his unit. At some point during the attack he was wounded. SPARTAN Noble Team soon arrived and the corporal told Commander Carter-A259 what had happened. Soon, a Sangheili Field Marshall and two Zealots attacked Noble Team, taking the corporal prisoner as they evacuated. He held on to the door as the Zealots left, but he was soon pulled away.
