Sean Williams worked on the Rubble as one of Peter Bonifacio's bodyguards. [1]
When he met Adriana-111, he threw his handgun away to show that he was not a threat. It is presumed he was left behind after Adriana-111 left him to think about what he was doing and the Rubble made the slipspace jump without any further mention of him. Presumably he was killed either by the Covenant, lack of air or the eventual cold of space.
