Template:Infobox Military Unit Team Gladius was one of the three five-member Spartan-III Gamma Company fireteams left on Onyx competing for top honors. They competed with teams Katana and Saber.[1] When the Sentinels attacked Zone 67 and Camp Currahee, they were cut off from the others and killed by the Sentinels.[2]
Trivia
- A gladius was a sword used by the Roman empire for their Gladiator footsoldiers.
- It is also to be noted that "Gladius" is the Latin word for sword. The same goes with the other Gamma Company teams, "Katana" (Japanese) and "Saber" (European).
