Prologue is the name of the first track of the Halo 2 soundtrack volume 2. It is played in the opening menus of Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2 and extends into the cutscene of The Heretic.
The first section is called "Rising" and is a small part of the MJOLNIR Mix with Halo style drums.
The second section starts at 0:20 and is called "Cloistered Expectancy"; it is the Halo 2 version of the Chant, also featured at the end of The Last Spartan.
The third and last second starts at 0:49 and is called "Weight Of Failure"; it is more commonly known as the "Arbiter's Theme".
