:No. Frangible ammunition isn't even used in combat; upon impact with flesh they act like very light FMJ rounds and will have little effect on a target determined to kill you. Frangible is used for training. "Dum-Dum" bullets are defined today as any soft point (and sometimes hollow point) projectile, in homage to the original Dum-Dum bullet produced at the arsenal somewhere in India; these are prohibited by the 1899 Hague convention, not the Geneva. <b>[[User:Smoke.|<span style="color:Gray; font-weight:bold; font-family:Tahoma Small Cap">Smoke</span>]][[User talk:Smoke.|<span style="color:Gray; font-weight:bold; font-family:Tahoma Small Cap">Sound off!</span>]]</b> 21:38, 16 February 2011 (EST) | |||
