Template:Ratings Master Builder was the highest rank attainable by a Forerunner Builder. The rank could be revoked by the Council and a Master Builder could be brought to trial by a Supreme Mantle Court which was formed by the Council.[1]
Faber was the last known Forerunner to hold the title around 100,000 B.C.E.[2]
